Our training programme is a complex training system designed individually for a given person by a team of professionals. This system is a kind of personal coach, which gives guidelines how to exercise and what to exercise in a form of a set of individually prepared materials, which include:

Training programme

Introductory part – it is an ID part which consists of information concerning the period during which the programme is valid, login and password to access the e-consultation account as well as general information of how to use the programme.

Training plan – is a macrocycle (series of training sessions realising training objectives for 6 months). Macrocycle consists of smaller training units so called mezocycles (realising the stage objectives allowing for meeting the objectives of the macrocycle) which comprise sets of detailed design of training sessions for the chosen disciplines or discipline. The set of training sessions consists of:

  • detailed description of the warm-up, main exercises, and the cooling down exercises for a given training unit.
  • detailed description of weakly training units
  • detailed guidelines of how to exercise to achieve the desired intensity, volume and training load along with the maximum of safety of the training person.
  • gallery of pictures and diagrams helping to perform the exercises appropriately

What is more, the training plan in the professional version includes:

  • individually planned tests specific to a given type of training
  • detailed presentation of training loads in each week, mezocycle and globally during the period of training
  • individually planned after training regeneration – subordinated both to your possibilities of realizing it and training loads
  • individually planned schedule of endurance examination (if you plan to perform it) including full analysis of the results during the period of training
  • full progress analysis performed each month on the basis of the data from tests and your training diary (designed individually to a given programme)

Additional materials for registering the training results. These are: tables, diagrams and charts helping to register the progression.

What is more, the training plan in the professional version includes:

  • training schedule – enabling better monitoring of the training process (in the form excel file to download from the individual e-consultation account). The schedule is prepared in accordance with the individually designed programme.
  • additional individual forms (to download from your individual account) facilitating better control and monitoring of the training

Extra information concerning given person and training programme, such as dietary strategies, implications to training enhancemant and recommended supplementation.

What is more, the training plan in the professional version includes:

  • the programme to design your diet yourself according to guidelines provided in the training programme (programme in a form of an Excel file to download from your individual account).
  • for each stage of your training we design a model diet which can be followed or basing on the guidelines an athlete can design their own (adjusting to their dietary preferences) using the diet designer programme.

Each of our clients receives with their training programme their ID number and password for logging in on their individual e-consultation account on www.ormasport.com. The account allows for:

  • 24 hour electronic access to the training programme
  • sending questions and receiving answers from our specialists
  • receiving additional advice and necessary modifications of the programme
  • receiving the progress analyses and in case of performed endurance examination receiving the analysis of them in reference to training
  • clarifications of any uncertainties concerning the programme
  • storing the information about the training in one place.
