First of all you have to aim at gaining negative caloric balance as it will allow for burning of the excessive fat. In case a diet that is balanced (neither positive or negative) and especially when it is positive doing exercises can increase weight. Recommended set of exercises will depend on the time you can devote to training and availability of facilities as both swimming pool and gym are useful as well as riding a bike and exercising at home. It is important, regardless of the chosen sport, to focus on a greater frequency even if it means resigning from greater loads. It is also crucial that the whole training initiates aerobic processes (as I mentioned before – grater frequency, shorter breaks etc.) The selection of particular exercises is not as important as the very form of training (aerobic). Our organism is not capable of burning fat tissue by means of activating muscles that lie under it. The whole process of fat burning depends on the decomposition of the fat into fatty acids, which can be utilised after they get into our blood.
