In case of loosing fat on your arms and other parts of your body the best exercises are the one which combine the process of shaping the muscles and the process of aerobic and endurance during which the process of energetic changes is intensified. These energetic changes use fat acids as substrate obtained from the process of lipolisis of fat cells (fat burning). In case of arms good exercises are all kinds of push-ups, exercises with dumbbells and also swimming which requires greater arm work (e.g. swimming with a kickboard between your thighs – arms working for the free style). In case of gym exercises you should perform exercises for all arm muscles to shape the arms proportionally. Summing up, there are lots of good exercises influencing the reduction of fat for arms. Your choice will depend on your possibilities of realising it. If you decide to train at gym then you can choose exercises with dumbbells or on multygym equipment etc. If you decide to swim then you should plan some swimming exercises.
