FAQ › Weight control › answer 7

Can you loose 15 kilos weighing 80 kilograms with 166 cm of height?

Loosing 15 kg is not a problem but it involves systematic work – training focused on burning fat. This type of training is, depending on your possibilities (time, access to sport facilities, possibility of exercising at home) combining two disciplines like: swimming or running or exercises at home (the configurations depend on your possibilities) in a comprehensive system aimed at burning fat tissue by intensification lipolisis, process of breaking the fat into fat acids and glycerol and then oxidising fat acids during training. Additionally you should introduce changes in your diet – based on introduction of negative energetic balance at max 400kcal to burn fat without destruction of your own tissues. You should also think about training supplementation.

The way you train has to be strictly adjusted to your needs but generally its character will be aerobic with some extra modelling exercises helping to shape the muscles (not their mass). The very choice of exercises and training depends closely on your possibilities and has to be adjusted to them. The average rate of loosing weight is about 1,2 – 2 kg a fortnight. Such rate is the rate our clients achieve. I would like to emphasise that this is the rate of burning fat and not dehydration.
