FAQ › Weight control › answer 8

I am naturally slim person but after pregnancy all fat got into my back, abdomen and hips. My waist circumference – 80 cm. How can I loose it?

In your case there should be no problems with returning to the weight from before pregnancy as it was your initial body weight to which the organism was used to. You should begin your coming back to your previous body weight by determining which sport you can do (jogging, swimming, taking exercise at home, gym) and then setting a schedule for your aerobic training that is the training that will intensify the burning of free fatty acids and contribute to shaping up of the body. If you decide on sport and how often you can do it I will be able to write in more detail how you should do it.

The diet should be characterised by negative balance which means that in your case the caloric balance amounts to approximately 1555 Kcal (PPM + physical activity) from which about 200-300 Kcal should be subtracted and as result diet containing 1300-1350 Kcal should be applied. As far as the diet is concerned, you should try to increase the number of meals at the expense of their size and you should definitely cut down on carbohydrates before going to sleep as they block the overnight HGH secretion, which is in turn characterised by lipolytic and anabolic activity (the renewal of protein structures). The introduced diet should consist of the following proportions: carbohydrates – about 65%; proteins – about 25%; 10% of fat, at best vegetable fat enriched with the sea fish fat (which contain polyunsaturated acids Omega 3 and 6) once a week.
