ORMA – Enjoy your body

ORMA firm began to function in 2001. Initially, the main activity of the firm was concerned with sport counselling focused only on professional athletes. Such specification resulted from our experience as coaches and athletes. After a short period of time we have noticed that our services also attract attention of people who do not train professionally and who plan to start training systematically.

Having analysed questions and problems of non-athletes we have noticed that most of them were concerned with appropriate choice of sports, training methods and appropriate training planning – especially if it involved individualising of the training process. The above issues made us extend our activity and target it to individual tailoring of training programmes available for anyone interested.

Mission

Many of us aim at success. Success motivates us and makes us feel fulfilled. For each of us success is unique because it has different meaning to each of us that is why achieving success is determined by appropriate and individually planned actions.

The above sentences best determine our mission which is focused mainly on helping our clients achieve succes in the filed of physical activity by means of appropriately and individually designed training programme as well as providing consultation and advice which enhance the process of individualisation.

Profile

Our activity is mostly connected with the design of individual and complex training programmes for everybody. Our programmes consist of individually tailored training plans, dietary indications and extra information focused on achieving individual training objectives.

Our activity is also non-commercial (based on mastering our programming skills in terms of methodology and techniques of training plans) we conduct our own research and benefit from the experience of other research centres.

Our non-commercial activity is aimed at adapting the latest findings of theory of training methodology into the design of individual training programmes. This adaptation allows us to tailor optimal, professional and individual training programmes regardless the poficiency level of the athlete we design it for.
