What makes a training human beat further world records?

For the last 80 years world record in weightlifting has been improved by males by 150 kg, high jump by 50 cm, pole vault by almost 200 cm. Women jump over 40 cm higher and 140 cm farther and these are still the same athletes undergoing training sessions. It means that we use more effectively what we inherited from nature and we can more efficiently programme the development of our organism. The optimal and more effective use of our organism is possible thanks to science which provides more and more training methods and individualization possibilities.

The efficiency of our programs was confirmed in research:individual training effect

The research conducted on 72-sample of athletes who were randomly divided into three training groups. Each group was carrying out training whose aim was to improve strength and endurance parameters. Group 1 was training without any training plan – using their ‘intuition’. Group 2 was training with randomly chosen training plan focused on strength and endurance improvement. In group three each athlete received individually tailored training programme. The figure below illustrates the achieved results.

On Sathurday, 17 May I won the title of Amateur Polish Champion in the 77kg category.
