Training program in individual sports – objectives

In training programmes focused on individual sports the main objective is the achievement of sport championship understood as the highest level of technical, tactic and motoric training. The appropriate and comprehensive development of the athlete’s somatic and psychic potential guarantees high level of training which is convertible into sport results. At each stage of sport training, development of motoric base (which is the base for technical training) has to be provided to an athlete. To provide an appropriate motoric base understood as the optimal development of the motor parameters (among others strength, speed, endurance). The development of the motoric base has to be strictly tailored to the athlete both in terms of their somatic features as well as specificity of the discipline providing in this way motoric transfer understood as a possibility of making use of the motor potential in sport competition.

Designing training cycles has to be focused on the choice and modification of training so as to achieve full transfer of motoric parameters and at the same time optimal motoric base for the competitor.

  • Additional materials which enable professional progress registering and monitoring of the training process and additionally for professional version with individually coded training schedule for more precise training monitoring in electronic version. What is more, the training plan in the professional version includes training schedule – the schedule is prepared in accordance with the individually designed programme.
  • Individually prepared dietary and food supplement guidelines ideally supplementing the training programme along with electronic file which will help you to design your diet according to our guidelines. The guidelines are individualised and subordinated to each training stage (cycle) in the programme. In the professional version you will additionally receive dietary analysis of your meals and a model diet for each stage of your training.
  • Individually tailored after training regeneration – which supplements our comprehensive training system and which is subordinated to each training stage (cycle). Professional version only
