1.1 Each programme is designed individually and all people designing the programme will do their best to tailor it individually for a given client.

1.2 All people taking part in designing sport programmes declare that the data in the questionnaire is confidential and shall not be used for any other purposes but designing the programme.

1.3 Orma does not take any responsibility for any health’s detriments which result from performing the exercises in a wrong way. It is due to the fact that we cannot supervise the performance of the exercise (it is the sphere of responsibility of a person on a given facility).

1.4 It takes responsibility for methodological part of the programme. That responsibility covers methodological part in accordance with the information included in the questionnaire. Not revealing information influencing the design of the programme exempts us from any responsibility for a given programme.

1.5 The order of the programme can only be done electronically at www.ormasport.com according to the order procedure.

1.6 A client can choose two forms of payment:

• Bank transfer – completing the on-line order procedure and transferring the money within 7 working days from submitting the order.
• Allpay service - safe Allpay website to pay for the programme

1.7 Ordering a programme requires following given order procedure choosing from of payment which is the most suitable.

1.8 After submitting the order a client receives a copy or confirmation of the order (depending on the form of payment)

1.9 The programme costs respectively (includes TAX and shipping):

• 560$/365£/435€/ for 6-month programme.

STANDARD VERSION

1.9.1 Promotion code – is a code distributed by ORMA in different promotion campaigns which entitles clients to a bonus for the chosen programme. ORMA takes into account codes which were appropriately filled in the questionnaire (blank: “Promotion code). After filling in the blank with the appropriate code the client will receive code accepting e-mail.

1.9.2 The promotion code cannot be exchanged to any other form of bonus, cash and the like. It can only be used along with the order of the training programme.

1.9.3 The promotion code cannot be used by a third party as a source of income, trade and the like under penalty of 10000$/5000£/7200€.

1.11 ORMA reserves the right to refuse to design the programme without accounting for the reason. In case of such refusal:

1.12 All the data concerning the client shall be deleted immediately and safely.

1.13 The money shall be paid back within 10 working days from having refused by Orma designing the programme but not longer than 28 form having received money transfer.

1.14 A client who bought the programme can consult free their training procedures within a year, 6 months and a month. The client can consult their programme by their personal account at www.ormasport.com. The consultations are valid as long as the programme is.

1.15 The personal account serving exclusively for the programme consultation will be activated at www.ormasport.com – link - Consultations within 7-10 working days from receiving the payment.

1.16 E-consultation account consists of the electronic version of the programme which is shipped to the client, a blank for questions where they are stored along with the answers and a blank where ORMA firm inserts advice. Detailed description of the e-account can be found in the link - Help.

1.17 Due to technical difficulties the e-consultation account might not be accessible. Such situation does not have any influence on the period of time the programme and the account is valid for if it last less than 14 days and results from ORMA’s technical problems.

1.18 Client’s questions asked at e-consultation account shall be answered within 7 working days from the time of our registering the question.

1.19 The client shall receive the ID number and password to personal e-consultation account along with the training programme.

1.20 The client shall receive promotion gadgets in accordance with the current promotion described in Price link at www.ormasport.com. along with the programme and personal e-consultation account.

1.21 Each programme is individually designed for a client. Distributing the programme to other people in full version or in parts is prohibited under penalty of 10000$/5000£/7200€.

1.22 Reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions but Terms and Conditions binding ORMA firm and the client is the one with the date of client’s order.

2. Client states that

2.1 They agree with the following Terms and Conditions and they will abide by them.

2.2 They have no contraindications for physical activity.

2.3 They have current medical examination allowing for training and they declare that they will undergo medical examination every 6-12 months. In case of invalid medical examination the client states that they train on their own responsibility.

2.4 The data in the questionnaire is true.

2.5 They will pay for the programme in the form they had chosen at ordering the programme.

2.6 They will not distribute the programme to other people in full version or in parts under penalty mentioned in 1.21

2.7 Doubts and uncertainties concerning the program will be consulted with ORMA firm and they declare that they will notify ORMA about any changes introduced in their training programme. The client shall notify ORMA in case of inaccessibility of their personal e-consultation account.

3. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

3.1 Ordering the programme means acceptance of the conditions of these regulations.

3.2 Not abiding by Terms and Conditions shall result in cancellation of the free e-consultation account and dismissing ORMA firm from any responsibilities concerning the programme.

3.3 Filling in the questionnaire with answers contrary to the truth dismisses ORMA firm from any responsibilities concerning the programme.

3.4 To the extent possible in the applicable jurisdiction, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
