You are looking for a training programme that will allow you to achieve maximum performance, achieve ideal body shape, a programme that will answer all your questions, “Which training is the best for me?”, “What should I start from?, “What should my supplementation look like?” etc. If you ask yourself these questions – you got it. The programme I am writing about is not only a training programme it is something more now I know it because my programme is far beyond my expectations. I have been training MMA martial arts with an emphasis on grappling. I needed training programme for gym that would develop my endurance, fitness, power and body mass focusing on martial arts. I needed not only a programme which will bring desired effects but also guide me how to perform them and how many reps I should perform. I needed professionals who will answer my thousands of questions about sport and gym. When ordering the programme I wasn’t sure if they are the professionals I’m looking for. It turned out that my choice was right in 200%. Now I know where to ask and always count on professional advice. Have you ever wondered how much money people pay for individual training programmes? Have you wondered why the training programmes of celebrities are so effective and you are in sweat with no effect? Have you wondered how much time you need to shape your body the way you dream off? Each organism is different and that is why it needs individual training which will bring effect. You don’t go to a carpenter with your broken hand, do you. I allowed professionals to take care of my body. I mean professionals.

I have been training on the gym for 10 years. Until now I used to choose training methods from sport magazines or the Internet but I did not achieved desired effects. To fill in Orma’s questionnaire I went to the doctor’s and have the effects now. My minor, but for me serious, defect in chest built started to decrease. The effects concerning the rest of my body are also visible.

Touchy topic: thighs, abdomen and buttocks. I was in sweat exercising and the effect was so so. Now, I have an appropriate programme for me and for my thighs, abdomen and buttocks with appropriate number of sets and repetitions. I know how to progress and after 4 weeks I have visible & increasing effects. I mean decreasing – firming;-)

I have undergone rehabilitation of a serious spine injury. I felt stiff and numb. My previous active style of life was out of question now so as not to deteriorate my condition. My treatment training programme was confirmed by my doctor and I can start training again!

I’m a football player. After my training sessions I felt I could do more that I needed something more at the pitch. Now I have training programme for swimming pool, running and now it’s ok. I have first effects. I play in offence - effectively. I have all my year planned.

I’m an amateur cyclist. My doctor pointed out that in my (middle) age I cannot go over the top. I ordered the programme. Filling in of the questionnaire is a little bit time-consuming – but I have to admit it’s worth the effort. Apart from cycling trainings Orma suggested extra disciplines which are to develop and supplement what I missed in my previous trainings. I’m not going over the top now and I have better results.

I ski and play tennis for recreation and recently got quite a number of injuries. From Orma I received some kind of prescription with a detailed description of what, when and how often. I started going to a swimming pool (I have detailed training for swimming pool – I know what, when and how often) and for the gym and I enjoy all of the parts of the training programme.

Sitting job, backaches, neck aches and headaches. After any kind of physical activity it was even worse. Blindfold attempts and going back to pain. Now I feel that this nightmare begins to be over. Month after month I feel better.

Scoliosis – whatever I wanted to exercise I had to go to the doctor’s. Now I have a training programme consulted with a doctor and I exercise a lot.
