Philosophy of our programmes

From the point of view of theory and practice of sport, the most important stage of the training process is an appropriate planning of the specificity of training stimuli, training loads and motoric focus for the whole season. The cooperation with the athlete should always start with planning so as to monitor training throughout the season. You violate the above principles, if you

  • plan training or mezocycle one by one
  • assume training programme to be only a set of exercises (exercises are only a tool to realize the programme’s objectives)

However, the monitoring of the training realisation and its possible modifications should be ongoing as it guarantees appropriate and professional training

Our programme

Is not only a set of exercises. It is a comprehensive training system which might be written for one discipline (running, gym training, swimming, home and indoor training as well as corrective exercises) or might also constitute a synergy of disciplines which are synchronized and complemented (e.g. running+gym, cycling+running+gym, gym+swimming etc. depending on individual preferences and possibilities of an athlete). What is more, each programme consists of appropriately planned training loads and motoric focus as well as adequate dietary strategies and supplementation subordinated to each training stage. Each programme consists of training load registration system so as you could observe form the very start of your training what the training loads in a given cycle in the season are and what the planned season is like in general. Our programme gives you opportunity to consult your programme by e-consultation account which enables unlimited and indispensable control and monitoring of the training.

This type of programme is tailored for each person individually by professionals who on the basis of a complex and exclusive questionnaire recognise the person’s interests and preferences. The obtained knowledge constitutes a base of information for individualizing the process of programming – individual tailoring. The process of individual programming (on the basis of the obtained information) enables us to chose the most suitable training techniques and methods as well as their indispensable modification focused on rapid achievement of desired training effects with maintaining maximum of safety. Individualised programming allows for optimal tailoring of a given training programme. Training programme is a dynamic model assuming certain direction of change which results from training. From our coaching experience we know that not always the changes assumed in the training programme comply with the changes happening in human organism. That is why each of our clients receives free e-consultation account which allows us to individualize the realization of the programme.

Motoric base – it is a condition of an optimal development of all motoric skills indispensable in a given discipline. Optimal development means the level of skills development which maximally influences high technical and tactical efficiency in a given discipline. Aiming at achieving the highest development of a given skill is not always the objective as you have to focus on appropriate interdependence of skills and organism development. Motoric base has to be perceived as a set of comprehensive skills e.g. agility as so called discipline agility. In such view discipline agility is expressed by effectiveness of a given athlete in their discipline, that is, achieved sport result. Such approach of motoric base emphasizes its most important quality – synergy of all motoric abilities and their reciprocal proportions. The best conditions to the achievement of sport championship, from the point of view of motoric base, are determined by specific level of motoric skills and their interdependence. Motoric base understood in the above way imposes individual approach to each athlete and sport so as to set the best motoric parameters determining high sport performance and high level of safety.
